2010 was a great year for BVR. We had an Eastern adventure with our trip to the VARAC Vintage Festival at Mosport in Ontario. Gary managed a podium 3rd place finish in the Feature race for his group.
Gord was working with Logan Downing in the rental Van Diemen through most of the other race weekends, which led Logan to take the WCMA FC Championship! Gary took the WCMA FF Championship, giving BVR their first multiple class Championship season! Gary was also honoured to accept the 'Sportsmanship' award at the Classic MotorWorks Vintage weekend.

2009 was a fun year for BVR. We had two large, National caliber events to attend. The first was the 40th Anniversary of Formula Ford in North America. This was held at the massive Road America in Wisconsin. Gord was racing in the Vintage Formula Ford grid with around 50 other drivers. He had a decent weekend, and 'wasn't last' as he put it.
Gary didn't fair so well, in his Regional Formula Ford grid of over 100 cars (yes, 100 cars on the track at once!), he only managed practice and one lap of qualifying before an engine bearing made ominous noises.

The second was the Canadian National Autoslalom Championship, held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Saskatoon Sports Car Club held a fantastic event. Gary and Gord had a strong, high compression 2L engine in Gary's Reynard, and were both running for the weekend. Gary won the B-Modified class to become a National Champion! Gary also managed to take the Manitoba region FF Championship, second in the WCMA FF class.

2008 was a good season of competitive racing for BVR. We travelled to 7 regional races in Calgary and Gimli. This allowed Gord to take second in the FC class, with Gary a close 3rd.

The 2007 season thus far has been very competitive. New cars, new drivers, new tracks. Gord has been quick to acclimatise to his Van Deimen, and has been able to bring home some race wins. Gary has been plagued by car troubles at nearly every event so far this year. The individual event results are linked on the schedule page.

2007 saw BlurredVisionRacing take home:
WCMA Manitoba Region Formula Libre - First & Second Place
WCMA Formula Libre Championship - Fourth & Fifth Place
SuperSlalom in Saskatoon B-Mod - Gary was Grand Champion & Day 2 FTD

BlurredVisionRacing was proud to be a part of the Queen City Motorsports Associations event held in conjuction with the 2006 Saskatchewan Automobile Dealers Association autoshow. The race car proved to be a big hit with people of all ages, and proved the interest in racing is alive in Saskatchewan. We are very proud to say that, with our help, the QCMA was able to raise $1000 for the Camp Easter Seals charity!
